Hum Capital Announces Leadership Changes
Andrew Eisen Appointed CEO, Blair Silverberg Named President and Head of Investment Management, Csaba Konkoly to Serve as Strategic Advisor
Hum Capital is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has unanimously elected Andrew Eisen as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 6, 2024. Mr. Eisen also joined the Board of Directors effective October 15, 2024.
Blair Silverberg, the company’s current CEO and Founder, will transition to the role of President and Head of Investment Management, and will maintain his position on the board. In this new capacity, Mr. Silverberg will focus on capital raising and growing Hum Capital’s Investment Management business while maintaining its benchmark beating performance.
Additionally, Csaba Konkoly will relinquish his board seat, but continue to serve as a strategic advisor, guiding the company during this pivotal stage of growth.
“I first met Andrew during his tenure at S&P, where he oversaw key private market software assets and played a critical role in shaping the firm’s private market strategy. As we collaborated, I was struck by how closely aligned our visions for the private markets were—despite having developed them independently. It quickly became clear that working more closely with him would accelerate Hum’s growth and today I am thrilled to welcome Andrew to the team as our new CEO,” said Blair Silverberg. “His extensive experience in scaling fintech businesses and deeply shared vision will be invaluable as we scale into our next phase. I look forward to collaborating closely with him in my new role.”
Steve Jurvetson, whose firm Future Ventures is Hum’s first and largest institutional investor, added, “Andrew brings a wealth of experience and deep industry relationships that will be critical as Hum Capital scales into its next phase. We appreciate his ability to lead the company to massive scale on its foundation of innovation and sustainable growth.”
Andrew Eisen brings over 25 years of experience in financial services and technology, having held key leadership positions at several Fortune 500 firms. His strategic vision and deep industry expertise uniquely position him to lead Hum Capital into its next phase of growth.
“I am honored to take on the role of CEO at Hum Capital,” said Andrew Eisen. “Blair has built an incredible foundation, and I look forward to partnering with him and the entire team to drive our mission forward to make the private markets more accessible for companies while providing investors with the incredible advantage that comes from applying AI.”
