Hum Capital Q3 Update

Dsg

Gaining Scale, Building Advantage & Shaping the Future of Private Credit

At Hum Capital we believe the private markets are entering a new era — one where legacy credit models are being disrupted by data‑driven platforms, smarter underwriting and tech‑enabled workflows. As we wrap up Q3 2025, I’m proud to report that our platform is gaining meaningful scale, our product roadmap is hitting key milestones, and our financial foundation is strengthening.

Expanding our Deployment Engine
This quarter marked a key inflection point: we funded more deals than ever before, across a broader geography and with greater efficiency. Our marketplace is sourcing strong opportunities from beyond traditional finance hubs, underscoring the national reach of our platform. With improved yields and larger average deal sizes, we’re seeing that scale and quality can go hand in hand.

Market & Origination Advantage
Our marketplace model generates significant deal‑flow volume, giving us the flexibility to focus on the best credit opportunities and introduce them to our network of investors. At the same time, our cost per lead remains ultra‑efficient, meaning growth is not coming at the expense of unit economics.

Bespoke Financing for SMBs
One of our defining differentiators is our ability to craft tailored, non-dilutive financing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Whether a company needs capital directly from Hum Capital or via our AI-powered marketplace, we partner closely to structure the financing in a way that supports growth, preserves equity, and aligns with operational goals.

Tech as a Core Differentiator
The AI-powered Automated Investment Memo is central to our platform’s edge. Currently in alpha, it improves underwriting precision, accelerates execution, and supports both internal and external lending opportunities.

Financial Resilience & Discipline
Scale without discipline is risky. With our operating expenses tightly managed, and strong origination growth, we continue to be well positioned to invest further in technology, product, and market expansion.

Looking Ahead
In Q4, we will continue amplifying deployment momentum, expanding institutional investor participation, refining AI tools, and preparing for our Series B. For SMBs, investors, and partners, Hum Capital represents a platform at the intersection of AI, private credit, and modern financial infrastructure — a company to watch, partner with, and invest in.
