Andrew Eisen is the CEO of Hum Capital. Andrew is a fintech executive and board member with over 20 years of experience driving business growth and operational efficiency. As a former SVP and Partner at S&P Global and IHS Markit, he has led successful corporate development, including M&A, expanded margins, and exited non-core businesses. Known for his strategic vision and expertise in the product management life cycle, Andrew is recognized as a thought leader in the industry. His leadership fosters innovation, builds high-performing teams, and delivers sustainable results, making a significant impact across the fintech sector.
Blair is the President and Head of Investment Management, and Co-Founder of Hum Capital. Before founding Hum, Blair was a principal investor at Draper Fisher Jurvetson where he sourced and managed venture investments for the firm focusing primarily on software-as-a-service and artificial intelligence. Blair graduated from Stanford University’s d.school where he studied product design. Blair is a native of Austin, TX and lives there with his family.
Csaba is Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor of Hum Capital. Csaba is an alternative investments expert who leads Hum’s investment team. Previously, Csaba founded Tiller, a venture firm where he was an early investor in Truecar, Scopely, Trax and Clutter. Born in Hungary, Csaba’s investing career has amassed a global network after living in Budapest, Moscow, Geneva, London, New York, Miami, and Singapore. He now lives in Los Angeles with his family.
Chris is the CTO and Co-Founder of Hum Capital. Before founding Hum, Chris was the founding engineer at ClassDojo, the world’s fastest ed-tech company now used by two thirds of U.S. schools across 190 countries worldwide. Chris earned his bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
Steve Lim is Chief Financial Officer at Hum Capital. Prior to Hum, Steve was CFO at Vacatia, an innovative travel and proptech company. Previously, Steve spent 20 years as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and Standard Chartered. Steve earned a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
CD (Chris Dolezalek) is the Executive Vice President of Research and Development at Hum Capital. Prior to joining Hum, CD was VP of engineering at Prosper Marketplace. Previously, CD was EVP of engineering at Twitch when it was acquired by Amazon and VP of engineering at BroadVision. CD holds a bachelor’s in Physics from the University of Virginia, and has completed his training with the Co-Active Training Institute as a coach.
John Slater is Head of Strategic Capital at Hum Capital. Prior to Hum, John was head of Credit at GPI Capital where he developed a private credit strategy focusing on growth debt. Previously, John ran the corporate credit team at Paulson & Co. Inc. and co-managed the Paulson Credit Opportunities Funds. John has an MBA from INSEAD, an MA and BA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and is a CFA Charterholder.
Hum’s Capital Markets team serves as the connection between companies and investors on the ICM helping to facilitate successful investment partnerships.
Aravind Ganesan, Director of Capital Markets at Hum Capital, specializes in helping lower middle market companies secure $1-50 million in private credit. With 8+ years of experience in investment banking and asset management, Aravind brings a unique blend of fundamental and quantitative skills. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from Columbia University, equipping him to navigate complex financial landscapes to drive growth and innovation for businesses. Aravind is committed to helping businesses thrive by facilitating access to the capital they need to fuel growth and innovation.
With +7 years of expertise in underwriting corporate loans at several international banks, Ben is a skilled professional adept at analyzing financial data and assessing credit risks. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Buenos Aires University and is also currently studying for the CFA Level 2. Ben is committed to helping businesses thrive by facilitating access to the capital they need to fuel growth and innovation.

Becca Connolly is a Managing Director and Chief of Staff for Strategic Capital at Hum. She helped establish Hum’s Broker Dealer and operationalized the Strategic Capital business. Prior to Hum, Becca spent 16 years at Morgan Stanley on the Institutional Equity sales and trading desk. Becca holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a concentration in international studies from Boston College.
Michael is an analyst on Hum’s Strategic Capital team where he provides creative and efficient financing solutions for growth companies. Prior to joining Hum, he had a wide range of lending experience as a credit analyst at both small data driven lenders as well as larger banking institutions. Outside of his work at Hum, Michael enjoys watching New York sports with his two cats.
Spencer is a member of the Strategic Capital team, working to offer great companies attractive financing solutions. Prior to Hum, he worked as a high yield analyst at Barings, investing in both new issue and secondary opportunities until he joined a high-growth, early-stage DTC startup where his focus was on fundraising and demand modeling. Spencer holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University.
