Andrew Eisen is the CEO of Hum Capital, a fintech leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth and operational excellence. A former SVP and Partner at S&P Global and IHS Markit, he has led major transformations across software, data, and cloud solutions, delivering consistent revenue growth, margin expansion, and successful M&A strategies. Andrew has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, fostering innovation, and modernizing product portfolios to meet evolving market needs. A recognized thought leader and diversity advocate, he is passionate about mentoring emerging talent and advancing technology strategy in the fintech space. Andrew lives in New York city, with his wife and 3 incredible daughters.
Blair is the Head of Advanced Analytics, and Co-Founder of Hum Capital. Before founding Hum, Blair was a principal investor at Draper Fisher Jurvetson where he sourced and managed venture investments for the firm focusing primarily on software-as-a-service and artificial intelligence. Blair graduated from Stanford University’s d.school where he studied product design. Blair is a native of Austin, TX and lives there with his family.
Chris is the CTO and Co-Founder of Hum Capital. Before founding Hum, Chris was the founding engineer at ClassDojo, the world’s fastest ed-tech company now used by two thirds of U.S. schools across 190 countries worldwide. Chris earned his bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
Stephen is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in building and growing middle market leveraged lending businesses. Previously, Stephen was a founding member of the BMO Sponsor Finance business and served as Head of the Sponsors Group. During his tenure at BMO, he oversaw all facets of the middle market Sponsors business which focused on providing capital and services to the Middle Market Private Equity Community. Under his leadership, the business grew to be an important segment for BMO demonstrating consistent growth with over $18 billion of assets under management. Prior to BMO, Stephen was a founding member and part of the senior leadership of Merrill Lynch Capital and was part of that effort from inception to the sale of the business. Additionally, Stephen was with Heller Financial as a senior member of the technology finance team within the middle market equity sponsor coverage group. Stephen earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Tulane University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Csaba is Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor of Hum Capital. Csaba is an alternative investments expert who leads Hum’s investment team. Previously, Csaba founded Tiller, a venture firm where he was an early investor in Truecar, Scopely, Trax and Clutter. Born in Hungary, Csaba’s investing career has amassed a global network after living in Budapest, Moscow, Geneva, London, New York, Miami, and Singapore. He now lives in Los Angeles with his family.
Steve Lim is Chief Financial Officer at Hum Capital. Prior to Hum, Steve was CFO at Vacatia, an innovative travel and proptech company. Previously, Steve spent 20 years as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and Standard Chartered. Steve earned a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
John Slater is Head of Hum Financial, and Chief Investment Officer at Hum Capital. Prior to Hum, John was head of Credit at GPI Capital where he developed a private credit strategy focusing on growth debt. Previously, John ran the corporate credit team at Paulson & Co. Inc. and co-managed the Paulson Credit Opportunities Funds. John has an MBA from INSEAD, an MA and BA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and is a CFA Charterholder.
CD (Chris Dolezalek) is the Executive Vice President of Research and Development at Hum Capital. Prior to joining Hum, CD was VP of engineering at Prosper Marketplace. Previously, CD was EVP of engineering at Twitch when it was acquired by Amazon and VP of engineering at BroadVision. CD holds a bachelor’s in Physics from the University of Virginia, and has completed his training with the Co-Active Training Institute as a coach.
The Hum Markets team serves as the connection between companies and investors on the ICM helping to facilitate successful investment partnerships.
Colin Canty is an Account Executive at Hum Capital, where he helps connect small- to medium-sized businesses with institutional capital through Hum’s intelligent funding platform. With a background as a middle market broker, Colin has extensive experience structuring financing solutions across diverse industries—including manufacturing, business services, CPG, real estate and SaaS. He has worked closely with business owners and management teams to identify growth opportunities and align them with the right capital partners.
Before joining Hum, Colin built a strong foundation in enterprise software sales, developing the technical expertise and consultative approach that now enable him to guide companies through data-driven fundraising. His unique blend of financial and technical acumen allows him to bridge the gap between traditional finance and modern capital markets. Based in Brooklyn, NY, Colin is passionate about helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses with confidence and clarity.
With +7 years of expertise in underwriting corporate loans at several international banks, Ben is a skilled professional adept at analyzing financial data and assessing credit risks. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Buenos Aires University and is also currently studying for the CFA Level 2. Ben is committed to helping businesses thrive by facilitating access to the capital they need to fuel growth and innovation.
Danielle (Dani) Sukharenko is Chief of Staff at Hum Capital, where she supports C-level operations and leads go-to-market strategy and business development for Hum Markets. Prior to Hum, she held commercial strategy and sales roles at S&P Global and IHS Markit, specializing in private markets and data-driven financial solutions. Her expertise spans strategic planning, investor engagement, and operational execution across fintech and capital markets. Dani holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Strategic Management and Information Systems from McGill University. She lives in New York City and enjoys staying active while finding balance through the hygge lifestyle.

Becca Gielowski is a Managing Director and Chief of Staff for the Hum Financial team. She helped establish Hum’s Broker Dealer and operationalized the Strategic Capital business. Prior to Hum, Becca spent 16 years at Morgan Stanley on the Institutional Equity sales and trading desk. Becca holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a concentration in international studies from Boston College.
Michael is a Vice President on the Hum Financial team where he provides creative and efficient financing solutions for growth companies. Prior to joining Hum, he had a wide range of lending experience as a credit analyst at both small data driven lenders as well as larger banking institutions. Outside of his work at Hum, Michael enjoys watching New York sports with his two cats.
Aravind Ganesan, Director of Capital Markets, specializes in helping lower middle market companies secure $1-50 million in private credit. With 8+ years of experience in investment banking and asset management, Aravind brings a unique blend of fundamental and quantitative skills. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from Columbia University, equipping him to navigate complex financial landscapes to drive growth and innovation for businesses. Aravind is committed to helping businesses thrive by facilitating access to the capital they need to fuel growth and innovation.
Timothy Kim is Senior Counsel at Hum Capital and a member of the Hum Financial team. He provides guidance on legal and compliance matters and works on loan transactions and strategies. Prior to Hum, Timothy was a debt finance attorney structuring and advising on venture debt deals at the law firm Goodwin Procter for over six years. Timothy holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and an A.B. from Dartmouth College. Time allowing, Timothy enjoys reading historical fiction, as well as instant photography.
Ryan McKinley is a seasoned Director of Revenue Operations with over 9 years of experience driving growth and operational efficiency in fast-paced SaaS/Fintech environments. Based in Boston, he specializes in Salesforce and HubSpot administration, data analytics, marketing automation, and CRM systems. Ryan has a proven track record of building scalable sales infrastructures, streamlining processes, and supporting C-suite strategy with actionable insights. He excels at integrating tools like Outreach, LeanData, and Amazon QuickSight to improve performance and revenue. A certified Salesforce Administrator, Ryan is known for fostering collaboration, training teams, and delivering results through consultative and data-driven leadership.
Spencer is a Vice President on the Hum Financial, working to offer great companies attractive financing solutions. Prior to Hum, he worked as a high yield analyst at Barings, investing in both new issue and secondary opportunities until he joined a high-growth, early-stage DTC startup where his focus was on fundraising and demand modeling. Spencer holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University.
Jasper is an Analyst on the Hum Financial team. Prior to Hum, he graduated from Emory’s Goizueta Business school majoring in Finance and Accounting. Outside of his work at Hum, Jasper enjoys running and spending time in nature.

Alec Macrae is the VP of Research and Development at Hum Capital. Prior to Hum, Alec was Head of Data at Upturn, a subsidiary of BBVA focused on helping individuals understand and improve their credit where he led data-driven initiatives and championed measurable product value. Alec earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Stanford University before jumping headfirst into silicon valley as a data scientist and data engineer. Alec now lives just outside of Seattle, where he enjoys trail running and travel hacking.
Matt is one of the Senior Engineers at Hum Capital. Originally leading the developer experience and productivity initiatives, he’s now also also responsible for the new service architecture and tech stacks. Matt previously solved similar problems at companies large and small, from data ingestion pipelines at SlideShare to automating hardware testing at Pure Storage. He collects hobbies in his free time.
Elloise Mae Foster is a Product Designer at Hum Capital, creating intuitive fintech solutions that meet the diverse needs of investors and founders. Before joining Hum, Elloise worked with tech startups in the education and advertising sectors, holding design roles spanning UX/UI, graphic design, animation, and design research. Based in NYC, Elloise enjoys exploring the design community and drawing inspiration from the city’s vibrant creative culture.
Michael Foster is the Lead Product Engineer at Hum Capital, where he focuses on building intuitive frontend experiences and thoughtful product features. He began his career developing dashboards for school district metrics and financials, and later played a key role in building one of the most trusted accounting platforms in Australia at MYOB. Michael brings deep expertise in building user-focused products and data visualizations that help users make decisions with confidence. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and daughter.
Roman Kravtsiv is a Software Engineer at Hum Capital, where he builds and maintains backend systems and data pipelines that support scalable fintech solutions. With years of experience in backend development, he specializes in third-party API integration, developing data extraction and processing pipelines, as well as building backend microservices and cloud-based solutions.
Sergio Ramos is a Frontend Engineer at Hum Capital, where he focuses on building seamless experiences and interfaces for companies and investors. With over a decade of experience developing digital products for a wide range of clients, he brings a strong user-centered approach to every project and is deeply focused on delivering intuitive, UX-driven design. Originally from Mexico, Sergio now lives in Madrid, where he enjoys running through the city and exploring great coffee spots.
Alberto Salguero is a Data Analyst at Hum Capital, where he contributes to financial statement standardization and supports data-driven decision making. He previously worked at KPMG as an Accounting Auditor and at Aon in accounting analysis. Based in Mexico City, Alberto is also passionate about bossa nova.

She holds a Certificate of Excellence as CFO from Columbia Business School and thrives on aligning financial rigor with innovation. She lives in New York City and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Erylyn Perez is an Accounting Consultant at Hum, specializing in financial reporting, compliance, and full-cycle accounting. With over eight years of experience, she has led teams in general accounting, process transitions, and operations. Erylyn is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a CMA (US) certification. She is committed to continuous learning and improving finance functions. Based in the Philippines, Erylyn combines technical expertise with a passion for efficiency.
