1 Click Logistics Partners with Hum Capital to Refinance and Scale
1 Click Logistics, a technology-driven third-party logistics provider serving ecommerce and retail customers, has partnered with Hum Capital on a $3,500,000 initial advance under a facility that can scale to $5,000,000. The financing consolidates the company’s existing debt and provides working capital to support growing customer demand.
The Challenge
In third-party logistics, growth costs money before it makes money.
New volume means more space, more labor, more inventory under roof, and more integration work. All of it gets committed before the revenue shows up. When that growth is financed one piece at a time, a company can end up managing a capital structure it assembled over several years, with payment schedules competing for the same cash the business needs to expand.
1 Click was looking for a single partner who could clean up the balance sheet and fund the next phase in one transaction.
A Structure Built Around the Business
Hum funded a $3,500,000 initial advance that retires the company’s existing debt and provides working capital for the capacity to serve growing customer volume. The facility can scale to $5,000,000 as the business grows into it.
Consolidating into one facility simplified the capital structure and gave the team room to plan around operating priorities instead of payment schedules.
What This Facility Enables
- A simplified capital structure. Existing obligations refinanced into a single facility with one monthly payment.
- Capacity for growing demand. Working capital to support additional volume as customers scale.
- Operating flexibility. Cash freed up to invest behind the business rather than service legacy debt.
- Room to grow. Additional capacity available under the facility as the company continues to scale.
