Xavier Landscapes and Designs has partnered with Hum Capital on a $1,000,000 term loan. The facility refinances the company’s existing debt into a single term structure, freeing up monthly cash flow the business can redirect into servicing newly won contracts.

The initial funding consolidated the company’s existing debt into one structure with terms matched to how a seasonal, project-based business actually generates cash.
The effect was immediate and practical: lower monthly cash commitments, and more of each dollar available to put behind new contracts rather than behind old obligations. When the next large contract or busy season calls for more working capital, Xavier can access it through the existing facility, rather than starting a new financing process.
