Having achieved significant scale in its core software businesses, WIN Reality began to explore how to fund the next phase of its growth: bringing its training platform from the living room to the ballpark with SmartPark, the latest product for measuring performance on the field. Rolling out hardware at scale carries material upfront cost, and the company sought a financing partner that could match capital to that investment without significantly diluting a valuable, scaled business. Through Hum Markets, WIN Reality secured a $15 million credit facility structured to align with the company’s growth trajectory.
