Hunt a Killer was facing maturation of senior and junior debt facilities, and was looking for a financing partner to support their strategic and operational turn-around.
Funding Solution
Hum’s Strategic Capital team worked with Hunt a Killer and its equity owners to structure a solution to give the company time to execute its plan for profitability. We orchestrated a capital structure solution where Hum participated in a senior facility to replace existing maturing debt, along with additional junior capital participation from an existing equity investor in the company.
